This project can be defined as an activity designed to produce a specified set of deliverables within a specified time frame and budget and was prepared to aid on the understanding existing problems and finding possible solutions in handling of a labour migration processes taking place in Turkey.

The author was appointed as a consultant at Turkish hotel where migration responds to growing demand for skills to assess labour migration processes there, its weaknesses and strengths, influence and impact to people and to business.
