The article deals with the problem of control of military units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Our analysis suggests that the prevention of corruption in a democratic state has its own specificity and involves finding humane ways and means. Recent analysis allows concluding that prevention of corruption in a democratic state has its own peculiarities and assumes search of humane ways and means. In author’s opinion, one of these ways is a way considering existing ties among creativity, innovations and corruption. On the basis of the own psychological approach to the creativity issue, the author suggests principal directions and particular actions using creativity and innovation as preventive measures for corruption. Topic of sexuality, in spite of its universal availability, on a scientific level is small enough discussion in contemporary Russian society. Most Russians, considering the subject purely personal, prefer not to discuss it openly with others, relying on his own empirical experience, guesswork and speculation. Thus, a physiologically and psychologically complex process, as sexual relations between men and women, many people often, distorted and abnormal. To carry out normal sexual relations, a man must be sexually enlightened.

The development of views on the problem of the image.

The article reveals the competence-based approach, in which the concept of competence begins to actively introduced into the theory and practice of vocational training. The correlation of concepts such as competence, competence and qualifications of formation which defines professionalism. We present a critical attitude to the existing approaches in the psycho-pedagogical research on the nature of the concepts of competence and expertise. Substantiates that the qualification is developed based on the acquisition and development of competencies, of which the latter appear as a result of various types of integrative competencies: axiological, time, cognitive, creative, communicative, autopsihologicheskoy. It is shown that the content of competence is mediated by the knowledge, skills and abilities in the process of acquiring professional and life experience.
